Business center role

Administrator: Has all permissions, can invite members, create advertiser accounts, add partners, assign advertiser accounts to members, and modify business center settings.

Standard member: Only have the corresponding operation rights of the advertiser account assigned by the administrator, and the rest can only be viewed.
